Every time I’ve gone in here there is only 1 person working the front desk and someone is always at “lunch”.

Horrible experience. The mobile app wouldn't work the morning I picked up the Uhaul. I spent 30 min on hold only to get hung up on. The mobile app help was Not helpful! I was almost an hour late getting the truck, while stressing in the parking lot. I was told different information from every employee the weeks leading up to the rental. I didn't have room for error as I was helping a family member, and all I got was error. The contract also said it was a 40 gallon tank, so I ended up adding more gas than I needed to pay for because it was a 30 gallon tank- they wouldn't refund me the extra gallons i put in because of there clerical error. Then they over charged me by $55 for extra days ( I had the truck for 12 hrs) & said I was refunded, but wasn't! So I'll be back at the office again today to get my refund fixed. Extremely frustrating experience. I will never use this Uhaul ever again for any reason! Employees obviously need more training and better leadership. And the mobile app is crap!

HORRIBLE....RUN...They change your reservations even when you submit it a month in advance. Employees are nice but that is all. I do NOT recommend UHAUL.
