Lucy SUUUUUCKS! Has no clue how trailer lights function.
Completed my rental at a different location with ZERO issues.

I went here for propane today. the sign at the gate says' Ring bell for assistance ' I lift the cover where the bell is supposed to be, no button for the bell, heh?? so I go inside, the counter person looks at me, says nothing, heh? I tell her I need propane she says pull up to the gate and I'll send someone.

after a few minutes the 'owner, according to her name tag' comes out, again no acknowledgement that I'm there, heh?? Fills my tank and asked cash or card? These are the first words to me.

Shame on me, I should have looked at the reviews before coming here, duh?‍♂️

Lucy was absolutely rude and terrible at her job. Snotty, attitude, always on her cell phone

The facility is well managed and clean. My only complaint is the storage fee has gone up $40+ in two years.
