Synorris really helped me out during a bad situation with a truck and a box. Made my day and made me smile for the first time in days. Amazing customer service skills and very knowledgeable.

Staff was not friendly. Not helpful. Drop off was not informative at all. Then I got a call asking if I was going to extend reservation. That was 14 hours AFTER I dropped off equipment.

I reserved a 5×9 trailer about 6 weeks ago. 2 days before rental said they won't have one, could you go to Maricopa. All right, half way I get a call. Don't have one. Could you go to Tucson. Never again
