U-Haul Moving & Storage of Castle Rock

Rented a u-haul in Ky by the time we made it to Colorado one of the wipers had broke off due to the extreme winter conditions. We were able to stop off at a location and they had us fixed and back up and on the rd in 10 minutes. This is why we will only rent from them. Excellent customer service.

Shadow and Zach went above and beyond for me. I was not prepared for my trailer rental and helped make sure I was taken care of. Great experience. They both should recognized for their excellent service and deserve raises. I highly recommend this UHaul location.

Customer service was excellent. And the trailer was very clean. When we returned the trailer, I was impressed to see a couple employees sweeping out and mopping the inside of a 24 ft. U-Haul truck. It's hard to find good employees like this. The whole store was very clean inside along with the parking lot. I'm happy you have this store at this location, it's very convenient for me as I live a few mile away. I'm very happy with this location and I will recommend to my friends and family.

Great service with the right equipment to handle the job.

Failed to go over basic towing needs for my honda ridgeline. Like it must be in 4WD to tow and what surge breaks on the uhaul are how the differ from eletric brakes. Or even bother to tell me about needing to remove the pin when reversing. Caused my transmission to leak , not very happy.
