U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cathedral City

I thought i had made a reservation for a movie truck online by the end of the long process of refusing all these different services and products they tried to push on u- i got to the end of the section where i had verified my phone number completed which led me to believe i had made a reservation for the vehicle because they say to keep the quote i just recieved and and can view on the page so the store knows thats the quote i got online. When i get to the store a little vefore 430 i show the unprofessional girl at the desk who felt like her text messaging response to her friend o vacation was way more important tells me i dont have a resorvation and that they are only processing onlime resorvations. I explained to her i have one or was made to think i had one since i had verified my phone number with them and given this quote i was to show them so they honor it incase they were to quote me something different instore- she said she doesnt see one- i then said its weird cause the website makes you feel like a person does make a resorvation. I then asked her what i did wrong so she can correct me - i began to make a another reservation online and as i go through the rediculous long online submission process i see she is on her phone as well thinking she was going to show me where i failed in the online process only to find out she was texting her friend on vacation as she says outloud to anyone who might be interested in her personal affairs while on the job ' my friend needs to quit texting me and just go on with his vacation abd leave me alone'. I then asked her did you see where i messed up as i show her the page where it says save the quote? She said she doesnt know how the website reservation works but says that she is only helping people who have a reservation- when there is nobody in thr store but me to help! This girl was rude - and as i left i told here she could hae done the right thing and pa attetion to what i was showing her what i did making the reservation or better yet see it was confusing and offer to make complete a a sale right there but instead she was lazy and uninterested in making a sale and showed no concern of this being an issue. I told her she was lazy and could havd been helpful instead of ignoring the sale and issue at hand about the missleading promps about saving quote for store if getting a quote to show store isnt final step it needs to tell the person thst there are more steps to complete before resevation is final or complete .

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. Definitely will be back.

Most of the time am go with rentals. I bought a dolly with one flat tire . I thought it just needed air. So i bought it any way .. the air lasted just enough to pull refrigerator half way thru the job. I drug it the rest of the way. Brung dolly back . They dont sale the tube or tire there.. never will i buy anything from there. Rent yes buy no.

It was a surprisingly positive experience renting a utility trailer and an appliance dolly from this U-Haul location. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I've had mediocre experiences in the past at other U-Haul locations, so this was a really pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend this location for equipment rental.
