U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cedar Hill

I had a delightly experience wi the Cedar Hill Uhaul facility on 'K' Aveneu. I would like to give special recognistion to the manager of the facility who was very professional, communicative, and high quality. Her knowledge of the UHaul systems and processes were very impressive, and her initiative to locate a storage facility despite unavailability of the size needed in her own facility. She went above and beyond to locate a unit while she solved two previous issues I had with U-Boxes and a truck rental. Ouststanding Customer Service Cedar Hill Team!!!! You are the best!!!!!

Nesha is an awful manager, I selected in store reservation and she said she cannot process my DL and I must do in the app.

Excuse me? What if I don’t have a smart phone? She said we just wouldn’t rent to you. Really? This is a U-Haul branch and you have ZERO way to process a DL, come on people. What are the workers there for then? Just to direct people to use the app?

All this despite website clearly giving me an option between app or counter service.

I told her I didn’t believe there was no mechanism for processing my DL. All of
this inconsistency reeks of laziness. They simply don’t want to process and type up DL info. When I told her this she cancelled my reservation, I then asked for a receipt of my cancellation and she refused and called the police on me.

I will be filing a merchant claim with my bank, a complaint with the BBB and the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Bureau
