the service was outstanding and exceeded my knowledge of uHaul. The customer service is fantastic at the location I went to, the staff was so helpful to myself and my mother answering any questions that we had and offered us so much information on the proper equipment that we may need for our move. the checkout and checkin process was so smooth. I so really appreciate being able to bring back everything early or having 24/7 employees to help when needed. the app features for sign in and out is also a plus. KINDLY GIVE EVERYONE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION A RAISE!!! it is VERY WELL EARNED. they make your COMPANY STAND ABOVE THE REST!

Review:

All went well except I was surprised of all the extra charges my daughter received... $30.00 service and $15.00 of additional gas needed per the paperwork she received. I am sure that putting $30.00 worth of gas in the truck should have filled it back to where it was when we received it. There must be something wrong with the truck we only went to Haslet, TX and back once. So a bit confused and irritated she was charged an additional $45.00. Thank you and have a Blessed day!

Review:

Where do I begin? I was scheduled to receive hitch service on my vehicle at this location. Everything started out fine. I was promptly greeted when I walk in and asked how could i be helped. Told the young man at the register, I had previously made an appointment for the service. He than entered my info and found me in the system. The guy at the register called someone on the phone and asked for help, which some might think is routine to make sure everything I needed would be done by 6:45 pm that evening. The persone on the phone is walking him though this process and ask if there coworker was close by because he didn't know how to install hitches. I only know this because fortunately he was on speaker phone. The young man asked him to go head and help me out. You won't believe what his co worker said. 'IM NOT HELPING BECAUSE HE THINKS HE KNOWS EVERYTHING'. I wasn't shocked that someone would say that to another coworker,we are all human and sometimes we get frustrated. The unfortunate and disappointing part was the young man that greeted me, the person on the phone had to continually plead and beg there coworker to get his act together. This was was all while I was standing inside the building. To make a long story short I still didn't receive the hitch service and was rescheduled for a week later. He needs to fix his attitude and be willing to help. no one should have to beg him to do his job. Hopefully when I come back it will be better.

Review:
