Trae and Sophie were excellent in how they treated me. It was simple and quick both in and out. I love goi g to a place where the people not only act like they care, but they prove it. I will switch to this U-Haul location off Research and 183 near McNeil

I reserved a van online right before closing and the lady stayed around a few minutes after closing to wait for me. It was a nice van with lane assist. No unexpected fees - would rent the van again.

Good, clean well secured and gated location. Lots of cameras and lights.
Lady Pamela was very nice and polite. She explained everything and guided me to my trailer spot, which was specious and easy to access. As a bonus, she even gave me a first month for free.
