Hours listed online do not match hours your store is open. Not everyone uses your app or understands that you charge your customers for not using it if returning after your office is closed. The blanket folding charge is not easily visible and is an absolute ripoff. When people have been moving their stuff in over 100 degree heat the last thing we need to do is fold the blankets. UHaul is looking for any possible way to stick it to your customers. I’m VERY unhappy with this experience.

The young lady who helped me was very nice and helpful.

The place is filthy and disgusting.
The lights inside the storage units are controlled by timer. The timers don’t work correctly. I’ve brought it up more than once, but the rude woman today said that this is the first time she’s heard about it. If I’ve complained, and you haven’t heard about it before you probably have an issue with your communication within the office.
It says climate control, but they keep it hot as Hades in the Summer and cold is the Arctic in the winter. This place is just ridiculous.
Another update to my review. I came to update my payment method, and the girl did not put it as a recurring even though I told her to even though I’ve always told them to have me on recurring payments. For being two weeks late, (I got no notice that it was late and I’ve been out of town for the past six weeks )they charged me not one but too late fees. I do not pay my bills late and this is the only place that I do commerce with that I’ve ever had a problem like this. And I’m in a hurry today and… the elevator door will not close. It just keeps opening and closing on its own. This is absolute BS.
