The staff at the 16th avenue location are wonderful to deal with. I drive past another location to give them my repeat business.

I have rented for over two years and have no complaints or issues. I use auto pay from my bank account and it's worked well. I wish I could change my payment date so I don't get hit with late payment most months, though.

Kiley, made this rental seamless. Absolutely the best employee this place has EVER had after renting here for several years. Nicest person, great upsell for insurance (pitch was good) I'll be back to this one only even though it's the other side of town from me.

Give this lady a raise or give her the keys to run this place because it's been the only employee we've ever dealt with that's truly worth the time to talk to.
