U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cedar Rapids

The trailer had a bad axle and new tires. I picked it up from the return lane. The mechanic that came with a tire for me on the side of the Kansas turnpike was surprised I made it the 435 miles from Cedar Rapids IA. I was not going the speed limit at any point, always under it.
I had a tire blow, the whole center of the tire gone. Another was almost to that point. LEBO of emporia whom Uhaul roadside sent was amazing and brought me 2 tires. He did his best to fix the axle along side the road as it was already passed 6 and the nearest locations were closed so I couldn’t get a different trailer. I did make it the rest of the way to Oklahoma. 5 hours after I should have been arriving.
LEBO took pictures before fixing. The tires were not straight. Something I didn’t know to look for and do now. I do have photos of the blown tire and the other “new” tire with wires showing due to the bad axle.
If we utilize U-Haul for the rest of our move, it will be a different location that is used.
