U-Haul Moving & Storage of Center Township at Beaver Valley Mall

DO NOT EVER take your personal vehicle to this branch. I had my vehicle in to have a hitch and wiring ran for it. After going through the most unprofessional process of scheduling. When I finally picked my van up I shortly realized that my Electrical components were fried. I understand mistakes are made. But nobody at this branch or upper management would do anything to help correct the mistakes they made. My vehicle was taken to a 3rd party mechanic and he confirmed the mistakes that were made. Obviously, Nick, the manager and Chris, the mechanic are under qualified. Thank God Rep-west insurance was professional and reliable.

The Beaver Valley Mall location is the BEST U-Haul location I have ever rented from and I have rented trucks several times. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the level of service we received was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fast and easy to do business with. This location is always my first choice for Uhaul rentals because they have everything I need, and there are never any goofy delay or surprises. I'm quite grateful the website works flawlessly in Firefox Mobile. I'm not interested in apps and more apps.

The GM Nick was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of asking my niece or I if we needed help or had a reservation or anything. He sat at the computer with rbf. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what the case was, but he needs to work on his customer service skills or find another job. As long as he's there in a managerial position I can not rightfully recommend this particular location to a friend or family of mine.
