As the other reviews has stated the GM, Nick Cumpston, will accuse you of denting a vehicle after you drop it off. I was charged over $400 for what should have been a $50 van rental due to scuff marks and a dent which wasn't noted ahead of pickup and would have been physically impossible for me or the assistant I had help to do. When requesting any information about the pictures I accepted before pickup to prove my innocence I've been provided of only pictures post return as the GM is not cooperative. Avoid renting from this location until the GM is replaced

This was hands-down one of the most friendly and clean U-Haul locations I’ve ever seen. The manager should be given a gold star for running an absolutely flawless operation.

Bought a 2022 ford maverick and was recommend you haul to install a tow hitch and wire it

Called you haul they scheduled me about a month out which happens but after double checking the way could install one on my truck they said yes both times, the day of the install they called me and said they couldn’t do the wiring, I was still charged they left the hitch on, never gave me the wiring for whatever kit I still had to pay for , never gave me the ball I payed for and my truck door had a ding on it, I called the manager multiple times and left many voicemails and never heard back, there are so many things wrong with this experience and I will never be using them again and recommending none of my friends or family do as there wasn’t even an attempt to make anything write

I called the ford dealership and for them to install it I would have to buy a full kit and pay to have them uninstall this hitch if give a 0/5 if I could

I’d recommend calling the National 800 number… easiest way to make a reservation. The staff was on the spot, not much personality, but quick and helpful. Like hey maybe a “thank you & have a nice day”. I was nicer to them haha

Also 6x9 trailer isn’t great for two motor bikes
