Ashley was extremely helpful today when i was limited on time. He showed patience and great customer service. Kudos to him!

Shane at the service desk was helpful and professional. Whoever inspects the trucks and is responsible for making sure they are ready for next trip not so much. First truck i was given had a broken piece hanging over license plate. Back to office to get paper work and inspect 2nd truck which had visible flat tire. Back to office for paperwork for 3rd truck. 3rd truck passed visible inspection but once I got on to highway the alignment was that bad the steering wheel had to be turned a quarter turn just to go straight. Dead spots in steering so constant steering to go straight. Had I not already been out of city on highway I would have taken back and traded for a 4th truck. Upon returning there was a different man behind the desk whom I informed of steering issues and how it could be dangerous to drive and he didn't seem concerned at all. If I use uhaul again it won't be that location.

Customer service was pleasant. Easy process returning truck. Prompt response receiving final bill.
