Review:

Rented a 26’ truck via the mobile pick up feature. Drove 25 min to pick the truck up after hours. The truck that I had reserved was parked in a location that was not accessible, I couldn’t go anywhere with it. Was on hold with u-haul for over an hour to find some type of remedy with no luck.
