U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chantilly

Tyler and team worked through online reservation glitches to quickly get us out the door and on our way. Have used the Chantilly store multiple times over the last 3 months for moving supplies. Tyler and team take pride in their customer service and knowledge and their assistance is greatly appreciated.

Would definitely recommend this business.

The guys working the counter were great but the check in process is terrible. U-Haul forces you to use a clunky app or web service to check in and pick up you rental instead of just working with the staff that is standing in front of you. It is not user friendly. There is no reason staff standing in front of you is unable to actually handle the reservation. Will most likely not use U-Haul again unless there is a manual rental process.

Your app sucks! Forcing me to use the app instead of going to the counter with your rep who was right there. He had to help me with your horrible app. Then i had to wait while someone called my emergency contact person. Really! They are not the one renting the truck! NEVER AGAIN! You have lost any future business from me. You have actually beaten out Herts as the worst place to rent from.

I am disappointed with the Service, you charge me 4 gallons of gas just for 26 milles that I drove the van.... Saturday I drove a small truck and I filled it up with 1/4 more the thank and you not gave me back the money for the extra gas .... next time I will use the Home Depot service
