U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chantilly

Worst customer service in chantilly!! Don’t want to answer questions, disrespectful and not willing to get up and assist. I choice to pick up at the counter for a reason if I knew they would have not assisted at all I would have chosen the other option previously. I wish I could give ZERO stars!! Will never use them again. If you don’t like your job in customer service pick another career!

Experience was just okay nothing to write home about. Staff was just forcing us to use the app and website and do everything by ourselves without involving them.
