Overall operations were a mess. Storage doors weren't open when they were supposed to be (arrived at 8am--they were supposed to be open at 5am).

Why, why, WHY, is the organization so bad? Someone needs to examine management here, because they are not on the ball.

The Chantilly U-Haul store made my move the worst experience ever. James who was in charge on the day I returned the truck was rude and unprofessional. Their employee gave me the wrong information on the phone and James said sorry that gave you the wrong info but we’re still not charging you the amount you were told on the phone. They charged me $217 when I was told my total will be less than $200.

U-Haul representative was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous helping me with my reservation. Always good to have a friendly environment while conducting business.

Truck was extremely out of alignment. Battery died while getting gas then while on job site. Had to get roadside assistance. 1.5 gone from waiting on roadside then knocking a random persons house asking to get jump started as I wasn’t waiting on roadside again. Terrible experience.
