U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chantilly

Excellent as always, I rented a storage unit here when I was out of the country for a year back in 2020 and have also been here for hitch installs on both vehicles. They are super friendly, efficient, considerate, and polite. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent a truck, buy supplies, rent a storage unit, or get a hitch installed.

I returned 10 foot U-Haul truck at 6:30 on October 7, 2024. The front desk person who told me his name is James treated me and my friend absolutely unprofessional. When we got there, he was on his phone from the start of our conversation to the last word his behavior and the way he treated us was absolutely unacceptable. I will not return to this U-Haul. I will not let any of member of my family return to this U-Haul. I have communicated this to all member of my relatives through the WhatsApp group that we have it’s 120 people.

Why I get charged for cleaning fee and you truck full with Cockroach and you charge me more on your rate.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I rented 15 ft truck, all process went smoothly. Reservation was easy and smooth. Following are some points that might be look into
1. May be waiting time to get truck can be improved.
2. Customer should be guided more properly for parking their car.
