I have rented several times for a landscaping project. The whole team here is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and enthusiastic. Shout out to Angelina in particular - her smile and professionalism was a ray of sunshine on a stressful afternoon.

These people are so rude. Please don’t book anything with them. They wouldn’t pick up their phone and kept putting me on hold or picking up on me. They even stole $120 claiming we didn’t return the dolley. So disgusting because why would we steal something like that? The woman who attended me was so disgusting. Even cursing on the phone when talking to me because I kept asking to talk to the manager.

I ordered a utility dolly and didn't get one. Instead I was offered an appliance dolly, which I couldn't even lift. I ended up taking a furniture dolly, which was not helpful, because I had already paid for the utility dolly. The move was much more difficult without the utility dolly I was promised. In addition, the driver's door on the truck was very hard to close.
