Review:

Although, I picked up my U-Haul rental truck before office hours, there was an employee preparing to open the facility who actually took upon himself to ask if I needed help with anything. Later, as I was moving my stuff into my unit, he recognized me from that morning's truck pick-up and attended me right away. Great awareness and customer service!
