Customer service was terrible! The general manager (Jeremy Holguin) acted as if he needed to help other customers before helping us even though we were there first. He was yelling in the lobby and was extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER rent from here again. I would like to speak with someone above him ASAP.

Sergio always goes above and beyond. He is by far the best employee you guys have that I’ve encountered. He’s personable and consistently helpful. All of the guys there are really great, he’s just the one I encounter the most. The process is always quick and easy. It’s just overall a really great location.

Very good. Absolutely no issues or problems with the rental van. I was a little irked with the unreasonably high mileage fee tacked on; this makes the low $19.95 advertised daily rental deal very deceiving.
