U-Haul in general is a rip off. We got told it was .99 cents if we went over 60 miles but turns out it was like a 1.97 or something and when we expressed that was not told to us she said “oh well the clerk must have thought it was Thursday” (mind you we got the truck on a Saturday). They were rude and unhelpful with explaining why we got charged an extra $150 on top of $160 we already paid. We understood the gas charge $30 fine and even if we went over the miles they said it would have been another $35 so it would have been in total $65 dollars extra. Not a whole $150. Yall should start explaining what the charges are better and not “forgetting” what the rate is that day.

The best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had!! Everyone who works here is kind and genuinely wants to help you. Will be renting from here again next time I need a truck.
