U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chester

Customer service was horrible.
Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes.
Charged way more than expected.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My friend had a storage there, she canceled & paid for the last month. They called her a couple of days later saying that they cleared out the entire storage unit ( which was not in the cancel agreement ). When she expressed she had important things in there they told her the dumpster was still there & she can get her stuff out of there. When she arrived only certain things were missing from storage as if things had been stolen. When she called corporate, The U-haul store manager called her & started being very rude & nasty & told nobody stole her things & she’s lying.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was called by someone with an attitude and yelled at through the phone.
