Beware of this location, they will try to steal your belongings and your money !! I expected nothing less from a chester location. If you have an option to rent a storage unit somewhere else , take that opportunity because your belongings nor your credit card information will not be safe at this chester location !

after stealing my items out of my unit and me reporting them to the corporate office the manager called to yell and speak to me in disrespectful manner and proceeded to hang up in my face do not use this uhaul for any of your needs management is no help and disrespectful
