Dirty truck, !, not so friendly attention to client, only used it 'cause there was nothing else available, Too Expensive for a move of 15 miles I paid over $ 100

This place consistently has staff who are rude, discourteous and not resourceful. This consistency of negative engagement with a loyal customer base is why the place is not seen as welcoming, and their prices show that their business model is failing. As a customer- they are garbage - folks literally won’t say hello. I hope it’s not because I’m black but I have very little trust that it’s not baked in. I will share these concerns with the community and let them know that we can find alternatives in Chico for our storage and moving needs. Check out Randy’s!!

Jason is running an outstanding facility. Always reliable, knowledgeable, welcoming, and efficient. I use this place all the time and value it greatly! The BEST hands down!
