The App is fabulous and easy to use. We were able to complete our move across the country easily using these online tools to reserve and obtain a U Box at short notice. Communication was concise and clear. We had our own complications arise and I was able to speak to both a chat bot and a real person. Very pleased with U-Haul’s services.

This place is ridiculous. Don't worry about what time you are gonna pick up your rental because it doesn't matter. The line is so long and the people here are so slow be ready to spend at least 45 minutes waiting in line to get your stuff

Such poor customer service skills. I'll never go back.
