Review:
No issues with rental. Could use a sign at the after-hours drop area as to where exactly the night key drop is located.

No improvements needed. Great looking facility with fantastic customer service. GM Austin was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. There were no issues with the van. It was very clean and ran great. I will always drive the 20 minutes from the Springfield location on Boston Rd just to rent from these guys. The difference in professionalism is absolutely night and day!

Review:
Not only was the door BROKEN would NOT close the gas tank was below 1/8 of a tank. Was in the pouring rain and the rain was coming INSIDE the vehicle because the door was broken. Absolutely HORRIFIED of this U-HAUL and would never come back. POORLY maintained and wouldn't even fill the tank. Do NOT go here!

Review:
It was the easiest drop off we have ever experienced. The kind gentleman had us pull up, he unhooked the trailer, and we were off. It was seconds to drop off the trailer!
We would highly recommend this location! And most certainly recommend a U-Haul trailer for moving. It made a difficult move so much easier having the enclosed trailer, especially considering it started to rain several times during our move! I was surprised at how little it cost for a 3 day rental.
