U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chippewa

Second time using this location. They are always nice and make it easy to get what you need and get moving.

Terrible experience. First, I uploaded all of my info online and was supposed to 'walk through' the pickup process. HA! They didn't have half of the info I provided so I had to go through everything again. Then they leave it up to you to check the vehicle for damages from the prior renter and take pics of all dents and scratches so that I wouldn't be blamed. Why in the heck do I have to do that?!?! I was also supposed to take a pic of the license plate on the U-haul app but it wouldn't work so I was told to 'Use your phone and make sure their is a time stamp on the pic so we know you are returning the same truck.' Unbelievable. The customer service is nonexistent.
The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was that the truck was pretty nice.
Do yourself a favor and borrow a friends truck. I will never go through that process again.

No improvements needed...I had such a wonderful experience with my rental.
