U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chippewa

The manager Kelly has no clue how to manage a business. I rented a storage unit for a rescue i had. I gave the rescue over to someone else 18 months ago. Kelly called me numerous times while I was at work asking me to make a payment as the unit was behind. I explained to her i have not been on as owner, contact the new owner. She did and they refused to call her back. She insisted it was my responsibility. I went in to settle the matter in person saying I would like to see what was in the unit. Previously she had told me I would need to wait for it to go up for auction and she had no idea when that would be. The day I showed up in the store she said I could have the lock cut off for $40, what happened to the auction? We were on our way to cut the lock off, but the floors were being waxed and she told me to come back in the morning. 30 minutes later I receive a call from her that the owner had come in and paid!!¡! You can't make this up. Does she have any clue at all what she is doing? I will rent from Pensky moving forward and make sure all my friends know how incompetent the Chippewa Beaver Falls store is.

Manager Kelly was obviously miserable, gave us attitude over trying to return a TV box. My boyfriend works for a moving company, his boss buys the boxes and he returns them when they're done with the job. Done it dozens of times, there was no reason for the manager to give us a nasty attitude. Thankfully the man at the desk we initially talked to was nice, great customer service. Kelly should learn some of that.

The staff at UHaul is the most helpful & efficient people to deal with. Smart, efficient & polite. They are an asset to our community.

Kelly and her crew were amazing! I had to have hitch warranty work done because of poor installation by a different location, they went above and beyond here!
