Reserved a unit for $114, went to pay for my unit on 8/19, asked about the promotion of renting a truck and getting my first month free and the mustache guy said they don't honor that. I went to pay for my unit, that was reserved, he said the only available unit was the $175 climate controlled and they would not discount it since the one I reserved was only $114. 2nd time at this location and service hasn't improved.

My mother made a reservation online for a storage space at this location. This was to be used by members of our family. When she showed up at the location on the day of the reservation, we learned from an employee that the manager, Kelly, had given away our reserved storage unit to a walk-in customer earlier that day. We were offered no explanation as to why this happened, and were given no other options that matched the price of the room which we reserved online through the U-Haul website. The manager was clearly at fault, and nothing was done to make it right. I can't recommend that anyone attempt a reservation at this location, as you might show up, and find that it wasn't reserved for you after all. Terrible experience.

I needed a hitch installed on a quick time line, no one within 50 miles had it in stock. Kelly at the store, not only found it, got it shipped in and installed in a nearly impossible time line. The store kept me in the loop at all times. 10/10, will be going back anytime I need anything related to U-Haul.
