U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chippewa

I had cargo hitch carrier installed to my Odyssey in this store by Asproh, he is very professional, the electric cable were hidden in the car furniture, he returned everything back in professional way, he also gave me some tips. Highly recommended
while I was waiting for the car I watch the other UHaul staff helping customers and answering the phone, they were very nice and helpful.
overall this place deserve 5 stars

AWESOME place to rent a unit or a truck. Everyone was so helpful and sweet. I was from out of town and stressed out most of my trip and they made things so smooth and simple. HIGHLY RECONVENE them for any service!! THANKS to them for their professionalism and knowing their job and all its facets! WOW!

Nice U-Haul store. Found everything we were looking for. Good customer service.

Nice place to rent storage units. The indoor loading zone is convenient for loading and unloading in cold weather or rain. Nice clean restrooms as well.

Equipment was good
Service on there hand. The rep had an attitude when I walked in.
I dropped it off after hours. Got a call next day. Accused me of stealing a wire that I can't use anyways. It's only made for uhaul. Had to reimburse them the cost. Not happy. Won't go back. My advice is take pictures of everything before and after you use thier equipment.
