Staff should check if there is any non-standard lock on the storage compartment! I had to drive back to the location to remove the lock before I could get access to the storage area of the truck to load my stuff!
The staff was very helpful in removing the lock, providing some additional miles for my one way drive and very apologetic for the inconvenience. But, I think the renter should also check if there is any lock on the storage compartment. It will save you some time and inconvenience!

Easy scheduling and reservation of service polite and knowledgeable personnel and reliable vehicles to rent. I've rented from this uhaul several times with no problems at all.
