I’m usually a hard customer to deal with, I will admit. But Sabrina and Aaliyah (sorry if the names are wrong but I know it was the manager and another employee) made my experience fast, easy and they addressed all my needs. Most definitely only using this location and recommending it to anyone for all their moving needs.

Too long of a wait to check in and check out. Only 2 people in line but only one person waiting and taking more then 10 min to handle each person. I did online check-in expecting to save time ..... negative Maverick .......

I rented a truck from this location for the day. It went normal. There was a little issue with the gas not being where the highlighted mark was, but was corrected. I strongly recommend taking photos of dash prior to leaving UHAUL.
There was a discrepancy on the bill due to a typo of one of the U-Haul representative that did require a few phone calls to resolve. I will say the customer service of this location and their main HQ are very professional and remedied the issue. A special thanks to Sabrina, the GM, who corrected the issue and made everything right.
