My pick up itself went smoothly. However, as for atmosphere it's lacking. Vape pens and cigarettes in plain site. Messy and cluttered desk, which shows lack of pride. The lady working was dressed for a stay at home day, not work. She was also commenting rudely about another customer to another customer. They leave your conversion on speakerphone so don't give them any personal information over the phone. They do no undercarriage pre inspection, beware of such.

They had everything ready and in order when I arrived . The entire experience with this office and UHAUL itself has been exceptional .
