Easy drop off, stress free, no issues especially since I took care of the vehicle well, cleaned it, and provided the appropriate level of gas. Dropped off a trailer after hours and a truck during business hours.

I’d give zero stars if I could! This place is beyond horrible…they don’t know how to do anything…my u boxes are stored here but not much longer…1st box I tried to pick up they had the wrong one loaded then were extremely rude…2nd box they claimed they had no idea where my u boxes were and couldn’t get it…when I asked for a higher up number they said they didn’t have one…3rd box I scheduled a week in advance and showed up to them claiming I didn’t schedule my box and they wouldn’t get it for me until next day…I’m driving over a hour to get to them as this was the closest store…I will never deal with u boxes this is for sure…it is the worst experience I ever had!
