Picked up an auto trailer for the morning and was easy and quick both pickup and dropoff.
I make reservations, stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to check-in, and then it's 15 more minutes waiting for the trailer to be dropped off by someone else before I can have it. If you don't have a trailer available, don't allow reservation. Also there's so many people working here and 1 person at the front desk. It should not take this long. I won't return to this location. I've been here 30 minutes with a reservation and I checked in online and uploaded my own driver's license and all.
To whom it may concern: I would like to say thank you for your great service, and dedication. I have to admit I was some what sceptical when I picked this location simply because I hadn't dealt with this location in particular. I did arrive and felt out of place, and after receiving the keys and making my way to my destination I considered what my last opinion would be. I returned the vehicle earlier than scheduled, and I didn't know upon returning the vehicle that I had left something of value inside the cabin. I received a call, and that call put a smile on my face, and a smile upon that face on my father (whom had left behind his lap top). I would just like to say thank you for your honesty, and consideration. Looking to return, thanks again.

I would have given this transaction a 5 star review because overall I did not have a 'bad' experience except when I returned the vehicle.
Before I returned the van I rented, I stopped at the gas station and filled the gas tank to the same level it was when I first picked up the van. I compared the photo I took when I first picked it up to the gas I put in before I returned it. I put a little more gas back into the van than what was originally in it when I received it. Unfortunately, I did not take another photo to prove it. After filling up the tank at the gas station, I immediately drove back to the store (which was 5 minutes from the gas station) and the team member I returned it to simply told me to leave the keys in the ignition and that I would get a receipt emailed to me. The team member I returned it to did not inspect the vehicle with me to verify any information. Before I left the store, I went inside and checked with the team member there to see if they needed anything else from me and was told “no.” I then left the store because they were getting ready to close. I received the receipt via email shortly after and saw that I was charged a fee for the gas, indicating that I had not filled up. The team member documented that I had returned it with less gas than was actually there.
