U-Haul Moving & Storage of Clovis

Easy to work with, kind, professional, and an overall positive experience. Moving is generally a hassle and not fun for anyone. I was glad to work with them and appreciated their professionalism and their attentiveness to our family.

I will like to give this particular location a -10 review. The employees are trashy and classless. They have zero customer service skills.The manager is the same because he decides to keep these terrible employees employed.

We went in Clovis NM store to buy a hitch lock . Not knowing if it would fit . The young man at the desk was so rude . We needed his assistance with the package , turning over to see if it would open and ask him for assistance when he jumped down my throat and said don’t . We left ! We were treated like vagrants, you lost a good customer with us that day . We will in the future seek other assistance . Car parts store down the block allowed us the courtesy to try a fit and we purchased there . We are not your average customer and in the past utilized your service for many things but no more.
