U-Haul Moving & Storage of Coal Mountain

I wonder if U-haul is entirely staffed by angels. Moving can be horrible in it's own right and moving during extremely stressful life events makes it almost unbearable. But every interaction I've had with Uhaul, and especially U-Haul Storage of Cumming, has been lovely. When I'm stressed out of my mind and decision fatigued to the max, they calmly talked me through each step without being condescending. They worked through unique circumstances in a way I was unsure if they would be able to and everyone seems to have coordinated flawlessly. An enormous task that loomed over me was compacted down by gentle hands into something completely manageable. I can't thank the manager and the uhaul team enough.

We rented a trailer today and DeMon showed great customer service and made renting a trailer as a walk in super easy.

The actual U-Haul rental stores are great. The mobile pickup (and drop off) I initially tried was terribly confusing and unreliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the mobile 24:/7 option.
