Truck stalled several times while operating in reverse.
The app also crashed several times causing a 30 minute delay to pickup equipment.
The staff at this location were not very professional. For example, during drop off there was 6 people waiting in line while 4 of the uniformed workers just stood outside the front door taking breaks and vaping. This was also 2:15 so lunch is over… This caused another 30 minutes delay to drop off.
Again, the app did not work to drop off.
You can tell this location has very lax management and workers are allowed to behave this way. The 2 other times I have done business here it was the same. Hopefully some things can change but these concerns are what I will share with my friends and family.
