Customer service was terrible,,rude lady!!!
The miles price 0.99 extreme expensive

For what I had done, absolutely nothing more needed to be done.
Everyone was great, and the prices were excellent.
I guess I’ll have to wait till I use the hitch, which is what I had installed, before I can say much more.
The tech who performed the service was excellent as well. Great customer service, and very informative about what I need and what was being done.

I'm very disappointed with the service and treatment I received from this team, Kenneth, Eddie, Tom/ location. You guys are a HORRIBLE and the reason I'll never rent from U-Haul. I'm better off going to Home Depot for a rental. First, the truck I rented could not be found when I got there, they had me walk the entire property and never found the truck. After 30 to 45mins wasted, I was told that I would get a new truck. The truck I got had a QUARTER TANK of gas in it! I went back inside spoke to Kenneth letting him know there was only a quarter tank in it and he said 'don't worry about it I'll adjust it on the computer return it with a quarter tank of gas'. I took him for his word, so I left. Only to find out that I was charged on my final receipt for GAS! I even ask Eric when I dropped of the rental about it and he said 'it's okay I'm sure Kenneth fixed it. I even brought it back with more gas than what I started with. LIERS! I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK!
