Great U-Haul shop, receiver install on time and professional install. Coconut Creek shop is clean and professional.

Terrible place to rent.
Terrible management.
1- They are totally prejudiced against people from other states. If you rent with a driver's license from another state, they require you to leave another original document with them until you return the equipment. Since I didn't have another document at the time, I was forced to leave the car's registration and drive the car without this document in the car.
Note: I always rent from other U-Hauls in the region and I've never had this problem, only with this specific place and admiration.
They portray people from other states as bad people, and now looking at the reviews for this specific place, I realized that they are the bad ones.

2- I rented a trailer for 24 hours on 08/21/24 at 8:00 AM.
I returned the trailer the same day at 5:10 PM.
I just received a call from the manager telling me that I would be charged 3 hours of late fee because I hadn't returned the trailer.

To his surprise, I told him, what's going on?

I returned the trailer to you yesterday.

To his surprise, he himself removed the trailer from my car.

They probably didn't check the system that had returned the trailer and still wanted to charge me for his bad admiration.

Thank God I took pictures at the time of the return, so I have proof of the time and day I returned the trailer.

Imagine if something happens to this trailer, they could charge me.

3- Advice, stay away from that specific place.
