I really appreciate the general manager who helped me out. Yeah there are some dicks that work there. And not every truck is going to be perfect. They come in from all different states. So if you want to complain about anything just remember you're not that guy with the truck. Never had a problem. Four stars only because I rented a $20 truck and of course it came to almost 200. But the general manager helped me out and I will go again and rent a trailer.. general manager you know who I am lol!
