Very rude people here, never had customer experience this bad. Either they hate their job or don't get payed enough

The uhaul was being mopped when we picked it up so obviously had damage. Now uhaul has charged me $395 saying we damaged the front top cab. We went less than 10 miles, never went under a bridge or anything like that. Absolutely did not damage anything and I can not get a manager to call me back so now I will be filing a police report today for scamming me.

The customer service person on Sunday afternoon was extremely professional, helpful and considerate. Please pass this along to him.

I just moved up here from another state and needed a storage unit. I found this place online. The representative I spoke to on the phone was courteous and very informative. And the person at the place was a very nice guy. He helped me find what I was looking for for the price I was willing to spend. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility.

Had no idea this 24/7 service existed. Wish I knew a while back!! So easy to use
