Easy pick up Manger was rude when I had to call about being charged 2x
When dropped off inside of vehicle was clean interior as well as furniture part no one did a walk around. Then I was charged a cleaning fee of another $25 yes there was mud on the tires the vehicle was parked for 3 weeks and my driveway was muddy due to all the rain

They took me for over $100 because they estimated my mileage and then when I was 100 miles under they still charged me the same
. charging me for miles not driven on top of a 5 day charge when i took 4 days. If fixed my review will update otherwise I will use another company next time.

Customer service was very courteous and professional provided all the information we needed and provided us with the perfect vehicle to make our move in never had a better experience with any other rental and that includes the airport rentals when I need to call some furniture U-Haul is number one on my list this particular U-Haul thanks again and Happy New Year

The people at this facility were very nice and very helpful. The trailer I reserved was ready, clean and in working order. One of the people there came out and hooked it up and we checked the lights and off I went. Nice place with lots of supplies.
