U-Haul Moving & Storage of Collierville

My u-haul experiences are usually rather simple. This one was simply bad. Scheduled a truck 5 days in advance and rented two dollies. I got there to pick up the truck amd I was told there were no more dollies and that I needed to stop somewhere to else to get them. This was just a complete lack of care for quality of service and lack of respect for my scheduled request and time.

This location is always great to use and convenient.
The U-Haul app, however, always takes multiple tries to get a reservation completed. This latest experience got me to the final page after entering credit card info. An error pops up saying oops something failed and that I must start over. I started over and completed reservation without error. Then I get a message that I now have two reservations requiring me to cancel one.

We went to rent a 15’ truck, needed same day, customer service was excellent. All four employees my husband & I interacted with were friendly, pleasant and professional. The truck was clean & great condition. Thanks again!
