U-Haul Moving & Storage of Collierville

The truck had holes in the roof and it rained and got all My stuff wet and ruined 2 of My tables.. and the box's got wet and had to unpack the boxs and carry the stuff because they would ripped from being wet... and the cab on the passenger side leaked water as well...

Everyone was super helpful and it was nice that they actually help you put on the trailer hitch and offload the equipment … great location everyone polite … we need that in this crazy world!

Both of the young Black women at the Collierville TN location are atrocious!

Inaccurate or wholly-incompetent, dismissive and inhospitable to adulkt Black men, much worse than the Mendenhall location, which is pretty bad..

Absolutely no hint of customer service with evidence at all of the function of customer retention.
