Great professional, efficient service at the check-in and check-out of vehicle. Good value for renting a 10' bed truck for local driving. The truck ran well and all functions of the truck were working.

Staff was great, truck ran fine. Very easy to get my move on.

The storage units leak and will ruin everything you store in them. Save some money by just leaving your stuff out in the rain- it’ll be the same conditions but you’ll save yourself a few hundred dollars ?

I came through Colonie this week on 11/4/24 to pick up a rented trailer and JOHN T. gave us AMAZING customer service. It had been a long day driving and had recently dealt with some very unhelpful employees at Home Depot and Harbor Freight. Walking in to pick up our reservation was EFFORTLESS, thanks to John. He was extremely polite, considerate and was able to answer any questions I had regarding our reservation. He had us hooked up and on the road in no time, You guys are lucky to have an employee like John on board and should absolutely consider giving him a promotion and/or a raise! Customer service like this goes such a long way and we were very grateful.
