U-Haul Moving & Storage of Colonie

Purchased a hitch in box, brought it home hitch was scratched rusted chips, missing hardware, returned to location to speak with the manager. He rudely refused to do anything for me would not let me return. It would not exchange. It told me he would do nothing for me, completely dumbfounded the way, I was being treated by the store manager some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve made multiple times to contact corporate to move further with this complaint with no luck , avoid this location at all cost the people on the Hamburg location treated me awesome And I’ve been helping me with the complaint process in regards to this deplorable manager .

Associate was very helpful, I needed a Uhaul the same day and came in without a reservation, they were able to accommodate me and meet my needs, thank you.

Lots of inventory and super helpful and friendly staff.
