U-Haul Moving & Storage of Conyers

Made reservations to install a hitch package on my vehicle. The reservation was for November 29th at 8:00 AM. I arrived at the facility at 7:55 AM. the lady in the front counter told us with no hesitation there were no mechanics available on this day to install the hitch, the next available date will be on December 3rd. I even told her I was from out of state she didn't have no concern or care less were I was from. That's what you call excellent customer service.

This location never has more than 1 front desk employee. I only use this location because it's closest to me. If there was another one close I'd use it. They never have enough people in the front checking people out so it takes so long to get the equipment. The people on the front are nice but they're are literally taking forever because there is only one employee. Hire more than 1 employee and have 2-3 working on busy days such as Saturday and Sunday!
